Basic Principles I & II:
This two-part course offers a complete introduction to Texas Real Estate. Topics include licensing laws, ethics, titles, conveyance, legal desciptions, deeds, personal & real property, the Texas Real Estate licensing act and the Fair Housing Act. *Principles I need not preceed Principles II.
Law of Agency:
This course covers the licensee's responsibilities to their clients and customers. With this information the licensees will understand the laws regarding agency, to best represent the public and be able to protect themselves from serious errors.
Real Estate Math:
This course is designed to help the student with both business and real estate math. Topics include percentages, fractions, decimals, discount points, prorations, closing cost statements, time value of money, volume and area. *A special real estate calculator is required for this course.
Law of Contracts:
Learn how to complete Texas Real Estate Commission contracts for cash, owner finance, FHA, VA, conventional and assumption transactions. Practical case studies are included to provide students with experiance in completing the various earnest money contracts.
Real Estate Marketing I:
This course provides a "behind the scenes" look at the sales and marketing process. Students learn how to work with different personalities, and see non-verbal communication skills at work. Topics also include conflict resolution, deal closers, building rapport with potential clients, pricing properties to sell , and time management.
